How do your subscription products work?

Shopping subscriptions is a breeze. Simply select your favourite products that you would like to subscribe to and select ‘Subscribe & Save’ before adding them to your basket, you’ll Save 10% on your order and at a frequency that suits you. You can manage your subscription in the accounts page, where you can pause, cancel and amend the preferences of your Subscribe & Save. Once you’ve checked out, your subscription will automatically pull through at your selected frequency and you’ll have fresh tea delivered to your door in no time.

How long will my subscription take to deliver?

Checkout before 1pm and your subscription products will be dispatched on the same day. If you order after 1pm, we will dispatch your order the following day. All subscription deliveries are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery, with Free UK Shipping on orders over £30. You can expect to receive your subscription around 2-3 business days from the date of dispatch.

How do I add products to my subscription order?

To manage your subscription basket, simply head to the ‘Subscriptions’ tab in your account page and select ‘Add Product’. Here, you can manage your entire subscription and add or remove your favourite blends as a one-off or as an ongoing addition to your order.

Can I change my delivery address?

You can manage your Billing and Delivery address from the Accounts page. Simply log into Your Account, where you can amend your subscription preferences and addresses.

When will I be charged for my subscription payment?

Your saved payment method will be charged on your subscription renewal date. To make changes, simply log into your account and adjust your preferences in the ‘Billing’ section.
